Fixed Fee Accountants

Fixed Fee Accountants.

When you are starting a new business you want to know all your costs upfront so you can plan your cash flow. At the end of your financial year no one wants to receive an unexpectedly large bill from their accountant on top of their tax bill.

Clear Pricing.

No unexpected surprises

You won’t get charged for calls or emails to your accountant – we will only charge you what we have agreed in advance. Rather than paying by the hour, fixed fee accounting enables you to plan ahead and focus on growing your business.

At Styles & Associates, you have the option to pay annually or by a fixed fee monthly payment so that you can manage cash flow more effectively. When you are starting a new business, a common question is 'how much does an accountant cost?'. As no two businesses are the same we will create a bespoke fee tailored to your needs. Your quote will be prepared depending on factors such as the legal status of your business, size of your business, projected turnover, and the number of employees. We will be happy to discuss which services you require and create a quote specifically for your requirements. You will be assigned your own dedicated accountant as part of your fixed fee accounting package.  Your accountant will get to know you and your business and tailor their advice to suit your needs.

What is included in our monthly fee?

Why Fixed Fee Accountancy Makes Sense For Your Business.

Plan, develop, grow

For every business cash flow truly is king.  Knowing your outgoings will help ensure your business has enough in the account to pay staff, suppliers, equipment, and materials.  Without knowing the fixed monthly costs a business could quickly find that funds run low at critical times in the year.  Using an accountant that provides a fixed fee service allows a business to spread the cost of accountancy charges across the year.

At Styles & Associates, we will discuss the level of service you require and provide a fixed monthly payment package that will cover the services you need. You can scale your services up or down as your business grows - your new service level package will always be agreed upon in advance.

A fixed monthly fee allows you to manage your finances much more effectively - there are no hidden costs. If you need to make more calls leading up to your year-end accounts or want to discuss investing in new equipment you can simply call your accountant safe in the knowledge you won't be charged additional fees at the end of the month.

Whatever the size of the business, fixed fee accountancy makes sense. You are not restricted to one meeting a year - your accountant will be on hand to answer your questions and provide support throughout the year.  It is not difficult to see why so many businesses choose fixed fee accountancy services.  Get in touch with the Styles & Associates team to find out how we can help your business manage costs more efficiently and enable you to grow.
